Our story

Over.Site was born out of frustration. As developers and agency owners ourselves, we were drowning in a sea of disconnected tools. Project management in one app, server monitoring in another, client communication scattered across email threads.

The breaking point came during a critical project launch. A server issue went unnoticed because alerts were buried in one tool, while the project timeline lived in another. By the time we connected the dots, we’d lost hours of work and nearly lost a client.

We realised that existing tools were built for individual use cases, not for the complex, interconnected reality of running a web agency. So we built Over.Site – the unified platform we wished we’d had all along.
