Expanding the project management experience with a Kanban system and Gantt chart views would be a game changer. Being able to visualise workflows, timelines, and dependencies in different ways would help teams plan better, stay organised, and deliver projects more efficiently—whether you’re managing quick sprints or long-term builds.

Client Transparency Without the Complexity

It would be amazing to have customer-facing status pages—simple, standalone views where clients can track project or site progress without needing an Over.site account. Alongside this, a more advanced finance system with custom invoices, payment tracking, and accounting tools would make managing client relationships much smoother and more professional.

I’d love to see deeper integrations with the tools we already use daily. Connecting platforms like Slack, Gmail, Outlook, Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive would turn Over.site into a true central hub. Instead of switching between apps, everything could live in one place—saving time, reducing friction, and improving team productivity.
